Regulatory Compliance
Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations is our top priority at TDX. We maintain a staff within our Anchorage office that organizes and executes all environmental, safety, health, permitting, and other applicable regulatory compliance requirements. In conjunction with our utility staff at each location, we work rigorously to ensure our utilities are focused on compliance at all levels.
