Initially established as a fuel delivery company in the remote Aleutian community of Sand Point, Alaska, SPS has diversified into other commercial operations to meet local demands.
In 2009, SPS obtained certification under the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Business Development program and expanded commercial operations into government contracting.
