Utilities
TDX Power operates several regulated electric utilities, provides wholesale power, and offers innovative renewable energy solutions for critical, must-run generation service in extreme environments. TDX Power assists clients in meeting their energy needs through Power Purchase Agreements.
Each TDX Power-owned utility is a separately certificated entity within the State of Alaska, and is subject to regulation by the State via the Regulatory Commission of Alaska. Each utility provides service to customers within the area designated by their appropriate Certificate of Convenience and Public Necessity, and operates within the guidelines established by Alaska statue and their specific utility tariff.
Utilities activities focus on operating systems with maximum efficiency, investing in and maintaining existing facilities, and providing reliable power distribution.
Generation
TDX Power provides a wide range of specialized power industry operation services through its utilities and has one negotiated Power Purchase Agreement.

Distribution
Our above- and underground distribution system modifications are designed to integrate seamlessly within the existing environment and minimize disruption while maximizing operability and longevity given the environmental conditions. TDX Power utilities boast a 99.8% generator uptime average.
Customer Service & Support
TDX Power maintains staff onsite at each utility location to address service and technical issues, and to provide general customer support. Customers may also work directly with the staff at our central office in Anchorage at any time. Here we maintain a dedicated customer service help desk, accessible toll-free by phone or email.
Billing
Utility billing is a centralized function performed out of our Anchorage office. Customer billings are generated and distributed monthly, based on the guidelines established within each applicable utility tariff . For most locations, customers are able to make payments and billing inquiries in person at the local utility office. Customers are also able to contact our billing personnel in Anchorage directly in person or by phone or email.
