TDX Power operates several regulated electric utilities in remote communities across Alaska. We’re proud to deliver reliable power to our customers — no matter what — and to help lower fuel consumption and energy costs by introducing renewable energy solutions.
TDX Customer Service
TDX Power maintains staff onsite at each utility location to address any service and technical issues immediately and to be there in person to support our customers. We also maintain a dedicated customer service help desk at our central office in Anchorage, accessible toll-free by phone or email.
Billing & Payments
You are welcome to make payments and inquire about your bill in person at your local utility office or by contacting our billing personnel in Anchorage.
